Life is takes on a whole new meaning once we acknowledge the simple fact that everything that lives, dies.

By accepting the inevitability of death, we can save the time we spend trying to avoid it and spend that towards living. It's not a call to reckless living but rather a more responsible one. Think about it. Those who waste their time with trivial and destructive pursuits are not at all concerned with death, perhaps even denying it. Those who care less about the world and their brothers and sisters believe that death is for others, perhaps not for them. Those who only think of themselves sincerely believe that they will live forever.

Experience doesn't count when nothing was learnt

All the experience in the world is useless if we don't learn anything from it. In fact, it is difficult not to learn from experience. It shapes our perspectives and affect out actions. But learning from experience is about looking back and taking a lesson from it. It's not called a moral for nothing.

We can choose to find faults and get upset over them or be thankful for what we have and choose to be happy. Choice is a powerful thing.

Where is destiny in this? It's what we make and what we make of what we are given.

Mistakes are just opportunities to apologize and forgive.

Turn it around and into something productive, positive and conciliatory.

Destiny is both the path and destination of our lives

Of course there will be left nothing to do if we keep deciding to not do what needs to be done.

Slightly more convoluted than I wanted. But it gets the jobs done. We keep putting off things to do. And yet we complain we are bored and that there is nothing to do. There is always something to do. Even if it is finding something to do.

We are all guilty of confusing sage advice with marketing slogans... and taking the latter.

What is the state of our civilization when marketing slogans trumps sage advise. Marketing passing off as wisdom (and its acceptance) is the greatest lie of our times. The problem lies also with what is being market. Marketing can sell you bubble gum or a president. Can you tell the difference?
